I recently visited Alsters Kelly to enquire about the drafting of a will as well as other legal matters when canvassing several local solicitors for some quick quotations. After having visited these firms, I opted to instruct Alsters Kelly to draft said will and must say that the service I received was absolutely first-class throughout. The initial welcome from the reception staff was warm, as was Elleanor's follow-up phone call and her subsequent interaction with me. My requirements and any concerns I had were patiently listened to, fees were transparent and fully explained before I proceeded with the transaction, and a draft will was delivered so quickly that I think it had been posted through my letterbox long before I expected it and had even noticed it was there! All in all, such a satisfactory process from start to finish that I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Elleanor, Kathryn, and everybody else who dealt with me at Alsters Kelly.

Elleanor was excellent helped me all the way through probate and explained things l didn’t understand and also did my Lasting Powers of Attorney for Health and Welfare and Gifting to my family so she has had a busy time and kept me informed all the way with letters and phone calls. Great experience with Alsters Kelley. We had a response from needing some work doing within the morning and managed to squeeze an appointment to see Ellie on the same day. Very grateful for the work Ellie had done for us and the turnaround time was excellent and posted documents back home within 2 days. A follow up appointment for signatures was booked in with ease and would happily use their services again. Finally both receptionists we dealt with were fantastic and went above and beyond in the 5 minutes we had with them! Thank you to all the staff!
