My parents house wasn’t on the land register when it was built. The firm sorted this for them and also added my name to the deeds. As much as it took a long time Amanda kept me informed.

Setting a new standard for service excellence for conveyancing

Erim Yasmin supported by the conveyancing team really have set a very high standard in customer service. Throughout the sale of my property Erim really did take the extra step in ensuring the sale of my property completed in a timely manner. She performed her duties diligently, professionally and ensured i was continually kept informed on progress.
Overall Erim supported by the team delivered a very professional service, they definatly set the standard for excellence in Nuneaton and Bedworth. I have brought and sold properties many times in the past often pulling my hair out with delays and poor communication. Erim and the team defiantly break that mould. I can not recommend Erim enough, she was a delight to deal with and her and the teams performance was very professional, as I said, Erim has set the bar very high in customer service and performance, other conveyancing practise's need to look and learn.

If you are lucky enough to get Erim Yasmin to deal with your conveyancing then you are surely on to a winner. I found some of the other solicitors unavailable at times and didn't return calls but Erim was really professional. She was nearly always available and always returned my calls as promptly as possible. She worked great with my Estate Agent and did everything she could sometimes beyond proberly her remit to get a difficult sale through. She kept pestering the buyers solicitor who was very difficult to deal with. I was really pleased with everything and couldn't rate her more highly.

After reviewing a couple of alternatives I decided to use Lynne Steptoe at Alsters Kelly for my divorce. She was able to guide me through the entire process with calmness and confidence and referred me to additional professional services as needed.
Communication has always been excellent, status updates have been regular and meaningful and the responses to my questions have always been timely and complete
Her efficiency has also meant that the whole experience has been good value ! I know, sounds crazy doesn't it but I've been very happy with the overall cost.
I would be happy to recommend Lynne to anyone looking for legal assistance in family matters
