I found each member of the team dealt with from administration , para legal to head of the legal department very professional in the way they conducted their business . Communication was excellent I was briefed in detail at each stage of the process . Not being familiar with the legal process they ensured I was kept a breast and guided through the entire process in a manner I was able to understand . The billing process was clear and accurate. The commitment and work ethic, the knowledge of the subject and process was clear to see at all levels.
