Based at our Nuneaton office Petra’s role is to maintain the day to day running of the residential conveyancing files and liaise with clients, estate agents and third party solicitors both on the telephone and in person. Petra began her career 40 years ago in 1978 as a receptionist. She then became a secretary and dealt with all aspects of legal work before concentrating solely on Conveyancing in 1998, 20 years ago. Petra is proud to have worked for the same firm for the whole of her career and has met and worked with some amazing people. She enjoys working in the Conveyancing team being able to assist clients in a friendly and professional manner especially at a time when moving home can be very stressful.

Very good experience- was recommended by my estate agent. I phoned them and spoke to Petra Tripass who sent me a quote for conveyancing. I was happy with the price and she set the ball rolling. I was asked to produce some documents, which I did and then Deepak kept me informed of the progress. The sale of my house was completed in 8 weeks. All parties happy.
