Deepak’s role is to assist our clients with a wide variety of of property transactions including; sales, purchases, buy-to-let mortgages, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and right to buy. Deepak has been working in property law for almost 6 years plus, as well as working in property law, he also has vast knowledge and experience in private client work, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, and also transferring properties into Trusts. Deepak is currently studying and fully focussed on obtaining his CLC Licensed Conveyancer qualification. He is also a STEP affiliate member.

    So helpful and professional

    I really couldn’t have wished for a better service absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Petra and Deepak both so friendly helpful and yet so professional. Kept me in touch with every step of the sale. Dealt with any hiccup that cropped up quickly and efficiently. I received a phone call as soon as completion/exchange went through and within hours an email with a complete breakdown and money in my account Highly recommended them
