Deepak’s role is to assist our clients with a wide variety of of property transactions including; sales, purchases, buy-to-let mortgages, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and right to buy. Deepak has been working in property law for almost 6 years plus, as well as working in property law, he also has vast knowledge and experience in private client work, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, and also transferring properties into Trusts. Deepak is currently studying and fully focussed on obtaining his CLC Licensed Conveyancer qualification. He is also a STEP affiliate member.

After struggling to get a solicitor to get the ball rolling with my transfer of equity with the use of a LISA, I got in touch with Deepak. Right away he got things started, progressing the paperwork and dealing with our LISA provider in a very quick and efficient manner. All throughout his and Petra's communication was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
