Sarah is a Wills and Probate Executive in our Private Client Department and undertakes a full range of private client work and she is based in our Nuneaton office. Sarah who moved into her current role as a Wills and Probate Executive in 2002 is now an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Sarah has been with Alsters Kelley (and a predecessor firm) for over 25 years. She had fourteen years’ experience as a Secretary in the Private Client field before taking on her current role as a Wills and Probate Executive. Sarah undertakes a full range of Private Client work, in particular, the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare documents, Court of Protection applications (both the initial application and dealing with the ongoing administration) and Probate and Intestacy matters. Sarah has helped hundreds of families and individuals in her role.

Sarah, Chloe, Simone and Sharon have all dealt with my divorce to varying degrees over the last two and a half years. Always professional and polite, they have kept me well informed of the progress of my divorce. More importantly they have treated me as an individual and not just another number. If COVID hadn’t struck I honestly believe my divorce would have reached it’s conclusion much sooner. I would highly recommend this team to any individual seeking advice and representation in family related matters.

Came about this solicitors when my Dad passed away to sort out his affairs and my mums will , others solicitors couldnt fit us in til after easterwhich in my time frame was to long to wait , Sarah Darby was absolutley superb with my mum and with us , she made us feel at ease and simplified the details which i imagined would be a complicated process , the whole team at the Nuneaton office are polite and professional , so much so we did our will aswell . Thankyou and worthy of 5 stars
