I've used Bassets (Stephanie) twice now - initially as a first-time buyer and then more recently for the sale of my property. When looking to sell my property, there was no question in my mind about which solicitor I would like to use. Stephanie and her team are very friendly and were fantastic during what was a very stressful time - I really appreciate everything they did. The advice and guidance provided was always clear and I was happy with the level of communication received. Stephanie and her team would get back to me very quickly with responses to any questions I had, and I found they were always available to arrange a time to speak to them when needed. The level of service you get from them is such good value for money - I highly recommend them

We recently remortgaged our house, which involved HTB, valuations by surveyors etc. Stephanie and her team did an amazing job! It was quick, efficient, very little input was needed from us and all done in a very professional manner. Thanks so much, will definitely be back again for the next one.

We used Stephanie Charlesworth and her team for our sale and purchase. The sale and purchase were agreed early December 24 and even with a 2 week Christmas office closure - we completed on 26th Feb 25. The service couldn’t have been better and we only spoke to the office once or twice throughout the process. We would happily use Bassets again and would recommend them. My wife Amanda and I instructed Bassets for a house purchase in Cornwall. Stephanie Charlesworth was appointed as our conveyancer. The whole process from start to completion has been exemplary. Myself and my husband recently bought our first house. We were recommended Stephanie from our Mortgage Advisor and I just had to leave a review. From instructing Stephanie to completion on the property was 9 and a half weeks! Pauline, Stephanie's PA was brillaint too. I honestly can't fault them both. Stephanie Charlesworth delivered the goods on all levels. She handled my sale and purchase and I would definitely use her again. She’s a nice person to boot, which goes a long way these days so do yourselves a favour and book her to relieve some of the stress from buying and selling in this country - which quite frankly is ludicrous!!! Ps: her sidekick Pauline is also great and loved the straight-shooting receptionist who kept my over exuberance in place!! Thanks again for all your help

If Carlsberg did solicitors it would be Stephanie Charlesworth at Bassets. We had two properties to sell and one to buy in addition to relocating from the South East to North Yorkshire.
