Absolutely awful - my mum is eighty and all we wanted was some advice on her previous will - as we now live 400 miles away from the town in which we did the will The way my mum was spoken to was absolutely disgusting!!!!!! The person we spoke to, I think it was a clerk, was abrasive, told lies about the will trying to say my mum had made a new will and she hadn’t, tried to say someone had visited her and they hadn’t, accused me of being rude when I took over the phone call, upset my mum so much, I will be putting in a formal complaint

The service is below any standard never get a call back paperwork never turned up when said when asked they wanted me to tell them whom had said this someone at that office no paper trail clearly or they would no rude on the phone speak over you you are not allowed to asked question they are not representing this family so they say moan about the phone call they ask for if them tell us to leave them alone what are tgey there for nope would never recommend
