I needed a solicitor for tenant eviction. I had thought it was best to use a local solicitor as the property is in London. After using a solicitor in London that was much more expensive and frankly not providing a good service, I was recommended Bassets by a friend of mine who use them for their estate agency. The eviction process was not a straight forward one as my tenant was on benefits and had health conditions. There were constant attempts to frustrate the eviction process which really took a toll on me. Adam along with his team Bethany and Deanne really helped put weight in my defence and guided me through things as well as answering my questions I had clearly. Adam has also had a lot of experience with tenancy related issues from a variety of scenarios and this was very evident from the communication with him. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for legal help with tenancies!
