Review of the preparation of a new Will by Gotelee Solicitors LLP
I was very pleased to meet Ms Toms in most agreeable surroundings in December. She expressed her readiness to act for me in the preparation of a new Will.
A draft was duly drawn up by her and sent to me in January. Subsequent correspondence on my part proved to be helpful in clarifying some minor points that needed attention.
When I received the final version, I was particularly impressed by her extensive coverage of the legal position applying to the beneficiaries.
To sum up, the work was completed smoothly and very much to my satisfaction.

Updating a Will following a 10 year absence
I continue to be pleased with the service Gotelees provide, having used their services many times previously. I particularly like the continuity provided by seeing the same solicitor on each recent session to update my Will. It is difficult to really equate the fee costs as being good/bad value for money, since a ten year 'gap' in services made cost comparisons difficult. I would say, though, my initial thoughts were the fees seemed a little high this time round. However, I got my Will sorted and so, overall, I'm satisifed.
