Great experience all around

We have felt in good hands from the moment we got our quote. No hidden fees, everything laid out clearly. All the communication was clear and on time, everything that was promised was delivered on. Callum was very professional and fought our corner and made sure to double check everything before important decisions were made. I do not have a single complaint and would recommend using Atkins Dellow to anyone. The pricing is also fair compared to the market.

Absolutely appalling service, let me strung out for two weeks with no support or contact which resulted in me chasing them to they then turned round and told me that they would no longer take on my case as their trainee has gone on annual leave. Really don’t waste your time with these people because they won’t give you the time of day. Asking for £1000 upfront payment in order to try and get something moving when they have previously not set out or do any of the things they said they would previously do when provided information and documentation to help with a case . AVOID!
