If you want solicitors who don't reply to you when they say they will or don't bother to let you know when the person you are dealing with has LEFT then don't use Atkins Dellow. My case has been ongoing for over 4 years. I've had three solicitors to "help" me and when the 3rd one left I had to ring in desperation to ask why she wasn't replying to my emails. Eventually a solicitor did ring to say that he was the only one left (ha ha). He knew absolutely nothing about my case and due to the delay I now face financial difficulties. So for your own sake try another solicitors. Sadly it's all too late for me.

God knows how this solicitors has such a high star rating as I found them to be truly awful to deal with. Wouldn’t answer for weeks. Didn’t explain legal terms or conditions. Tried to complete sale on a bank holiday! Instructed the mortgage company of incorrect sale date so I ended up having to pay the shortfall two weeks after selling the property! Didn’t even apologise for their error! Would never use them again. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
