Emma began her legal career as a French Property Lawyer in 2005. Subsequently undertaking Legal Executive studies in Land Law and Succession Law whilst working as a trainee for a local high street firm. Emma has been practising Residential Conveyancing since 2014 having found a passion for the fast paced and client focused based environment. Emma takes pride in keeping all parties in the chain well informed throughout and enjoys the challenge of overcoming problems and proactively finding pragmatic solutions. Admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017, Emma is based in the Halesworth office. Emma lives on a small holding near Halesworth with her landscape gardener husband, 2 young children and an array of pets. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outside, gardening and walking her dogs in the countryside. Emma was born in France and brought up on an arable farm in the south-west of France where some of her family continue to live.

The sale of my mother's old cottage.
The sale of my mother's cottage became rather difficult and protracted due to Land Registry issues, but thanks to the work of Atkins Dellow it finally got sold. Big thanks to all at the solicitors, in particular Emily and Emma.
