I have recently completed the sale on my father’s property in Beyton, BSE. I have used Georgina Jones, Senior Associate Solicitor from AtkinsDellow in the past for the sale of my own property and was so happy with the service I received, that I wanted to use her again to help sell my father’s property. Everything went exceedingly smoothly and I was regularly kept in contact re progress of the house sale and any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. The exchange of contracts and final completion of house sale went extremely smoothly and what can sometimes be a very anxious process was indeed in my experience relatively pain free!!! I would certainly recommend Georgina Jones as a highly competent solicitor in supporting you through the bureaucratic process of selling your/ or someone else’s home. Georgina acted in my purchase of a property in south London. It was a complicated purchase which she handled with care and skill. She always made time to give advice and updates. I was expecting good things as I was recommended Atkins Dellow by someone who had been very pleased with Georgia's work for their house sale. Responded to questions and queries quickly. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Some lack of attention to detail. Missing forms, incorrect names and addresses. I expected better attention to detail for legal documents and from previous experience. As long as you are willing to thoroughly scrutinise every document Atkins Dellow probably perform better than some other solicitors. They were willing to provide advice and answer queries and got the job done within a reasonable time frame.
