Jill Donbavand joined Parker Bullen LLP following our recent merger with Kirklands Solicitors LLP. Jill is Head of our Totton office running a successful Residential Property team due to her outstanding knowledge of Totton and the surrounding area, as well as her excellent working relationships with the local estate agents. Priding herself on her ability to provide a friendly, approachable and efficient service to all her clients, she has the privilege of working with them multiple times as they choose to come back to her when buying or selling again. Jill first joined Kirklands in 1982 as the office junior, developing a keen interest in residential conveyancing where she went on to attend night school, becoming a Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

    Transfer of equity and new mortgage transaction

    We wanted to transfer 50% ownership of a property to our son. This also involved a new mortgage arrangement involving three mortgagees. Jill Donvaband and Julie Cunningham provided excellent and very professional service. The transactions were completed very effectively by them. We have built an excellent working relationship with Jill and Julie over the years involving a number of purchases and sales of retail and buy to let properties. We recommend them very highly.
