Will advise...
I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to inform others of the outstanding service received from B&A l.. The guidance was second to none.. I think our solicitors name was Grace..
I've had bad experiences with solicitors before and was expecting the same..
I was totally impressed with these guys.
We were actually booked in for an hours consultation but got told halfway through "if we get this document signed in the next couple of minutes, I'll be able to just charge you for just the half hour"
What absolute class..

A fantastic, professional service under difficult circumstances
From the initial meeting with Lauren, her empathy, understanding and professionalism shone through, Lauren was great with my Auntie, who struggled to remember meetings, discussions, etc. The relief that my uncle's estate was being handled with such knowledge was perfect and the LPA instruction and implementation to ensure we were able to work with my Aunt and keep her comfortable. whenever I contacted the office, all staff, Paula, Lauren, etc. were always so willing to help, reassure and ensure that my questions or queries were fulfilled. We will be back to deal with your conveyancing team once my Uncle and Aunt's property is sold, thanks once again to everyone for your understanding, particularly with the difficult year we have had.

First class service
We requested two Wills and four Power of Attorneys which Lauren turned around in three weeks. Really efficient for price quoted and no hidden extras. A comfortable experience all round.
