I was acting as Sole executor in relation to this house Sale.
Having been recommended to this practice by my Estate Agent, English Rose, and having met Helen, I was content to request Bryan & Armstrong to act on my behalf.
Subsequently they took me through the process in a straightforward, unfussy, manner.
I found their fees to be realistic.

I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to inform others of the outstanding service received from B&A l.. The guidance was second to none.. I think our solicitors name was Grace..
I've had bad experiences with solicitors before and was expecting the same..
I was totally impressed with these guys.
We were actually booked in for an hours consultation but got told halfway through "if we get this document signed in the next couple of minutes, I'll be able to just charge you for just the half hour"
What absolute class..
Please tell all your friends about these guys.. Well impressed..

Just used Brian and Armstrong to do the conveyancing on a property we have purchased and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received.
