What a fantastic team! Buying your first house is already daunting and shopping around for conveyancing quotes made it even more so. I’d been in to numerous solicitors and felt quite belittled, so after calling through to Bryan & Armstrong, Mansfield, it was a breath of fresh air. All associates I’ve spoken to across the business during my purchasing journey have been wonderful. They have a positive, welcoming attitude with personal touches, which seems like a rarity in the legal profession. Despite my purchasing process being drawn out within the chain, I received regular check-ins, contact and reassurance. In particular, Rebecca Thompson was brilliant, a gentle, friendly approach where nothing seemed too much - she spent time talking through each stage and associated documentation to really help me understand and digest it in ‘layman’s terms’. Just used Brian and Armstrong to do the conveyancing on a property we have purchased and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Our conveyancer was Helen and she was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, it was a complicated purchase and without her help and the help of her team I don't think the purchase would have completed .
