I qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and joined Higgs in January 2019 after nearly 25 years as a Personal Injury Solicitor and Partner at a national firm based in the Midlands and North West. I have wide ranging experience in representing clients who have sustained life changing injuries on cases including complex orthopaedic, psychiatric, brain and spinal injuries as well as amputation and fatal accident cases, including those with values of over £1m.in value.     The best legal service I have ever experienced

    I had a claim for injury in which the defendants were a local authority and a multinational FTSE 100 PLC. I was unsure of whether to even submit a claim as I knew the organisations I was challenging would throw the full weight of their legal defence teams towards my case. However, from the moment I first engaged with Higgs LLP, they put me at ease, and guided me every step of the way. My health was extremely poor, and I was low on confidence. However, the experienced solicitor from Higgs (David) guided me every step of the way. Ultimately, Higgs helped me win a substantial amount in compensation from the two firms, in excess of £50,000. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Higgs, and especially David.

    Very professional and proficient.

    I had a motorbike accident with a very bad leg injury, it was not my fault and with the help of Higgs we were able to come to a great out come. If you need representation I would highly recommend using them. Very professional and easy to deal with.
