He is a trained CEDR and ADR mediator and advises on all aspects of alternative dispute resolution. He holds the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes. Peter is member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. He is also an Associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and of the Expert Witness Institute.
