We have just completed on a house sale and purchase that presented lots of separate issues so was a stressful time. Isobel was extremely communicative from the start, she explained everything to us every step of the way. Other solicitors we have used previously we have had to constantly chase for updates, which is probably the most frustrating part, the not knowing! With Isobel, even though there were issues we were kept informed so we were not in the dark or left wondering! Nothing was too much trouble, the phone calls were always āIm here to helpā and we were able to go over to the office for signatures to expedite things so super convenient! How it SHOULD be done Ellie Louise was recommended to us as a professional who could guide us through the legal process of arranging a mortgage.
