I met Baden to discuss and for him to review the settlement offer I had based on redundancy notice served to me from my current employer. Absolutely fantastic guy, explained everything to me in easy bite sized chunks as the wording is especially in places complicated, but he made that journey for me very easy to digest and process. Going through redundancy can be quite a challenging time in one's life, as I found out. All the staff I met at Darby & Darby made a personally traumatic time much less stressful. The advice was given by David was in a clear warm friendly manner that helped me fully understand and appreciate the process and made what was a trying time much easier. The staff who dealt with me, made me feel welcome and were always friendly, supportive and helpful.
