Sophie was nothing short of fantastic with what should’ve been a straightforward sale and purchase but which turned out to be quite complicated.
Sophie was easy to contact either immediately or by return phone call within minutes.
She has great calming, problem solving skills even when situations are particularly stressful. Her time management and communication skills ensured our chain went through very quickly and she gave us security and peace of mind , coming up with professional solutions to some quite complex issues.

Another excellent conveyancing experience with Sophie.
This is the second time I have used Sophie for my conveyancing needs, on this occasion my purchase.
Sophie is conscientious, prompt, organised, efficient and effective. She knows her area of expertise well. It was genuinely great to reconnect with her. I would definately recommend her services to others and would certainly get in touch with her should I ever move again. I cannot fault her. The fact that I am in Exeter and she is working between Plymouth and Torquay was not a problem at all with modern technology. She is a valuable asset to Kitsons and I hope that they fully recognise that!

Excellent service
From day one Sophie made the process of moving as smooth as possible. She communicated well and returned our queries in a quick manner. She also posed questions that we would not have considered and explained the process in full. Would recommend anyone who is moving to use Sophie!

House purchase conveyancing
Sophie came highly recommended from my Father who recently used her services for the purchase of his property. He spoke highly about her efficient approach and her timely responses to any questions or queries he had. We can also echo his experiences as Sophie was very quick to respond to any email or voice mails we left with her. Her attention to detail was superb and everything was addressed in a timely manner. We cannot recommend Kitsons and in particular Sophie highly enough, she was outstanding!

Moving House
Kitsons were efficient and professional, and we thought they were good value for money overall. The solicitor, the person who stood in for her when she was away, and the PA were all approachable, and dealt with each matter arising as we instructed. Sophie listened to our concerns when we had some and was able to re-assure and sort all issues.
