I recently completed your feedback form regarding dealing with estate of my late mother. I am following up this feedback with this email as I feel that service we received from not only Mr Calwell but the Kingswood office was exceptional. The first port of call to any business is the front desk. Your receptionist Geraldine was very considerate to the emotional situation my father and myself were dealing with shortly after my mother's death. As you can imagine this period was difficult and I must say Geraldine from the first visit was welcoming, professional with a 'TLC' approach. She was quick to offer coffee whilst we awaited our appointment with Mr Calwell and ensured we felt at ease in the office with 'small talk'. As our business took a few visits, it was a pleasure that Geraldine built of an acquaintance with us to create a relaxed atmosphere on each visit. So thank you for a smooth incredible professional and approachable service from Geraldine as soon as you walk through the door, to Mr Calwell who gave advice and sorted out all our requests.
Watkins acted as my solicitors for sale of my house. Angela and her colleague Roy, were efficient and professional throughout the process, excellent service. I also updated my will following the sale, Tony gave excellent advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watkins as my solicitors in future.
