This was my first time both purchasing a property and using a solicitor, Watkins solicitors was one of 3 recommended to me by my mortgage broker that he had dealt with previously. I went with Watkins due to the very positive reviews I had read on Google. I'm very pleased that I did as my experience was just an easy process for purchasing a property in a chain, no question seemed like it was silly to ask and the solicitor assigned to my case Morgan was very quick to respond to my questions. For me it was such an odd concept of not meeting your solicitor for somthing as big as a house purchase, but Morgan has made the whole process painfree. Has been quick to respond both by email and phone. Has given us great advice and resolved any concerns we had swifty. We couldnt have asked for a better experience as first time buyers.
