Thank you to both Jagoda and Morgan for making the sale of our existing property and purchase of new so straightforward. Despite our buyers pushing for completion after 4 weeks both made the process relatively stress free and completed our purchase quicker than even we thought and are very grateful for. Conveyancing success
I recently used Watkins for a house sale and would have no hesitation in recommending their services - helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. I had a much better experience with Watkins than my buyers had with their solicitor! I would use again.

Have used Watkins multiple times over the last few years and recently Morgan helped with my remortgage and paying my help to buy loan.
Communication was excellent and she met the limited timescale I needed (1 day for mortgage offer expiry!)

Great First Home Buying Experience
We went with Watkins Solicitors as they were recommended by the real estate agents. Having heard many horror stories about buying houses we were a little fearful but the team at Watkins Solicitors were very helpful, had excellent communication levels and made the whole process run smoothly.
