This was my first time both purchasing a property and using a solicitor, Watkins solicitors was one of 3 recommended to me by my mortgage broker that he had dealt with previously. I went with Watkins due to the very positive reviews I had read on Google. I'm very pleased that I did as my experience was just an easy process for purchasing a property in a chain, no question seemed like it was silly to ask and the solicitor assigned to my case Morgan was very quick to respond to my questions.
