Overall very satisfied with the service. Initial engagement (over a year ago) was excellent. Communication (via email) always clear and timely. Once chain was created progress was effective. Perhaps not quite as responsive as initial engagement, but didn’t distract from the collective aim of completing on the 14th May. Only minor annoyance during this time was that I called the office to speak to Sarah or Neil. Both were working remotely (no problem with that) but was informed they were only contactable via email. Not a message I find professional. Overall, very good and achieved the outcome we wanted. Thank you.
