    Incredible and so empathetic

    Clarissa and Kiera did an absolutely incredible job when my case was taken on. So professional and worked really quickly to get me the best possible outcome on my case. Although not the outcome wanted or expected, they worked so hard to get some kind of justice for me which I am so grateful for. They were so supportive and empathetic about my experience throughout the whole process.

    Empathetic personal approach

    Clarissa took over my case 2 years ago; at the time I felt misunderstood, unheard and unsupported by my previous solicitor. From the moment Clarissa took my case on she was empathetic, warm, supportive and made sure she understood me and my case thoroughly. Throughout the entire process I was always kept well informed and up to date with any developments. Litigation is the most gruelling experience I've been through, if it wasn't for clarissas patience and support I don't think I would of continued to a successful end. Clarissa successfully got my case to JSM and the settlement has allowed me to regain some of my independence something that I felt was so important for me going forward. Clarissa understood my expectations and managed them throughout. A extremely tough process was made a little easier by the way in which Clarissa interacted and managed the entire process.
