The administration of my relative's estate has required many hours of hard, complicated work frustrated at times by having to wait for responses from other parties involved. Jade Beesley was friendly, helpful and professional. She responded promptly to queries and also to confirm receipt of items. The fees were fixed. Jade gave clear and practical advice, also reiterating the possibility of us completing the grant of probate ourselves. Everything was easy to understand and was amazingly quick. We were very impressed. I guess the only small negative was the price. The probate was very simple for my father, no property or shares etc. Just one bank account. However the tariff is fixed and so therefore is the price. Perhaps there could be another category of pricing which would allow for this type of probate to be priced a little cheaper, but otherwise no negatives, and Jade was very helpful.
