Amazing from start to finish

After 2 separate people recommended Louise Brown to us, I contacted her regarding the sale and purchase of our existing and new property.

I can honestly say, using Louise was THE BEST decision we made! From the first phone call, she was extremely down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. Louise explained that she would always be contactable and it would be herself that we dealt with, and she was not wrong. Every single email and phone call was responded to instantly.

Louise kept us informed every step of the way. From start to finish, the whole process took 9 weeks and thanks to Louise, we’re in our new home before Christmas.

Louise and Kayleigh were honestly a breath of fresh air to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how silly our queries were, Louise reassured us and took her time to explain everything to us, to ensure we understood.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless thanks to Louise and we can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

Our particular solicitor was warm and welcoming, courteous and efficient. She gave us the time we needed to explain the complexities of legal jargon and helped us to understand various categories. She also gave advice when we queried points that at times seemed confusing.

Excellent help overcoming a contentious probate issue

As someone that had never been through a legal process in any way, there was natural trepidation going in to one as we sought to resolve a contentious probate issue in the family. The level of advice, professionalism and support shown by SAS Daniels and Helen in particular was nothing short of 5 star. Our case went on for while but we were kept up to date without having to chase. felt they had our best interests at heart at all stages whilst always remaining impartial and we eventually brought the case to a satisfactory conclusion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for someone looking for litigation advice from a firm that deliver a professional service with a personal touch
