We recently used the services of Aisha at SAS Daniels LLP for the second time in two years to handle the conveyance of the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. Despite some challenging circumstances with a collapsed first sale, the whole process was handled in an efficient way which meant we could get a new buyer lined up and complete without holding the chain up too much. Responses were quick and friendly and effort is always taken to explain anything we struggled to understand at first.
I prepared a new will with Vicky Timothy. It was easy, received good advice, more importantly a practical approach tailored to my personal circumstances.
