I am not a big reviewer and don’t do it often but when the time calls and it is deserved, as in this case, as follows. Kelly and her wider team are nothing short of a delight to deal with. I work with numerous legal counsels at any one time in my profession and would consider myself as seasoned in this industry in general, and I don’t say such things lightly. Not only is Kelly extremely competent & diligent but also amenable with unparalleled customer service skills. I have sold some properties in this transaction, as well as a complicated purchase, for personal and family reasons, which makes it a lot more emotional than just another deal. Kelly has just been tremendously patient and professional throughout, making what is normally a stressful project into a manageable one and to be frank, a pleasure to deal with. In my experience this is a huge rarity in the conveyance industry, as most solicitors I have come across in this sector should without doubt be offering web services only.
