Reclaiming Unlawful Top Up Fees
Farley Dwek was recommended to us and we are so glad that we took up the recommendation. We found out by pure chance that our mum had been charged unlawful top up fees for several years which amounted to a lot of money. Jonathan always gave us excellent advice, he gave us a very honest view of our position and managed our expectations. We felt that he was professional, but passionate and committed to helping us to achieve the best outcome possible, along with being approachable and empathetic. Because of his support and advice the care home agreed to refund all the overpayments along with interest, which will make a huge difference to mums future care needs.
We would recommend that anyone who thinks they may be being charged unlawful top up fees in a care home to contact Farley Dwek, we’re so glad we did.

Personal Injury Case
Jonathan Dwek worked with my sister and I on a personal injury case involving our father who suffered a fractured hip whilst in hospital recovering from Covid in May 2020. From the very beginning I found Jonathan to be extremely helpful and always available for advice even on matters not directly related to the actual case, he always demonstrated great empathy and was very generous with his time. Our father was awarded a reasonable award thanks to Jonathan's expertise and knowledge in such cases. As a family we would definitely recommend Farley Dwek Solicitors to anyone who has suffered a personal injury.

Incredibly helpful, efficient and highly effective law firm
My mother unfortunately had a very serious accident due to staff negligence in a store.
Jonathan and his team expertly guided us through the litigation process to ensure we were adequately compensated for both the subsequent trauma she experienced and substantial medical expenses that were incurred.

CHC appeal support
My family and I cannot rate Farley Dwek Solicitors high enough for all their work in helping us with a successful appeal to grant my father CHC in his care home.
