Friendly and helpful service
Kieron and Neve were excellent - they answered questions promptly and were helpful especially when we needed things explaining in more simple terms (i.e. not legal language!). They were clear in their responses which really helped, answering the many queries and comments we had. They both worked extremely swiftly and efficiently which we are very thankful for as it meant we got our lovely house sooner. We liked that we were easily able to contact our solicitor directly, but when not available, other members of the team were just as friendly and helpful - there were a few times we called up to speak to someone as we needed an answer quickly, and the different people we spoke to were all understanding, considerate and knowledgeable. There was one document that had a spelling mistake, but this was rectified quickly and professionally, putting any worries at ease. We would recommend you to people we know as well.
