My previous experiences with conveyancing/house buying and selling where solicitors are concerned has been poor at best and shocking at worst. It was therefore with some trepidation that we went through the purchase of a new house recently. From day one, Berensens could not have been more different. We had one person dealing with our sale and another with our purchase (new build) and both were exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and proactive. At times it was mostly them pushing other parties in the chain to keep momentum. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Berensens and we shall be using them for another legal matter as a result of our great recent experience.
