This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.

Lisa and her team were absolutely amazing throughout our property sale and purchase which ended up being a very long drawn out process (nightmare). I’m sure Lisa is glad she will never have to receive another email from me but she went above and beyond throughout the process. I can’t thank her enough.
