    Will Review, Land Registry Check and Transfer of Property to 'Tenants in Common'

    We are happy to submit a positive review of our experience of consulting Wolferstans Solicitors and in particular the professional advice provided by Ms G Pollard. She guided us through the potential advantages and pitfalls of agreeing to new joint 'mirror' Wills, in the context of current Inheritance Law and the eventual distribution of our joint estates. (Our existing Wills being a couple of originally 'forty-year-old' documents!!). This is could have been a stressful and contentious process without the valuable advice Ms Pollard, who explained all the options open to us under current legislation and fully explained mutual Wills, Trusts and Tenancy in Common, as well as dealing with Land Registry and other relevant legal issues and conventions. Thanks to her detailed knowledge and timely advice we were able to agree, in a harmonious fashion, two new Wills but avoid creating potentially complex problems for our Executors and for our children and grandchildren, while protecting the interests of the surviving partner. Georgina Pollard was an engaging and supportive advisor in person and always available by phone/e-mail whenever we had additional queries. We both agree she was outstanding and prepared to 'go the distance' with a pair of 'quirky' senior citizens. Even the bill came out as quoted. We are happy to award her and Wolferstans Solicitors '5 Stars' for their professional advice and service.
