Stay well clear! No help and self contradictory advice
After contradicting his own words on multiple occasions, we were coerced then into making a decision, with threats of large fees if we did not accept his ill given advice. The whole process felt rushed and he did not seem to take into account any information we gave them. The solicitor has even got fees wrong, putting monthly rent rather than weekly meaning their calculations would’ve been roughly 25% that of the expected. After being made aware of this simple data entry error, they refuse to re-calculate anything. And actually went back on previous legally binding agreements we have made. Complaint is being processed and a dispute raised with third-party investigative services.
