Established in 2015, Satchell Moran Solicitors was founded by sister and brother, Paula Satchell and Terry Moran. Having gained over 40 years of combined experience in dealing, in the main with personal injury litigation, the duo decided to start a firm that meets with, not only the ever-changing business climate, but more importantly the ever-changing requests for legal assistance from their clients, both existing and new. In the initial stages, it was decided to integrate their business, with the changing legal climate, in tandem with the customers’ needs at the forefront. It was decided to employ legal experts in other areas of law and litigation, thus broadening our ability to assist our customers. This they believe has been achieved by recruiting a highly experienced, motivated team, who perform assiduously, with an acute understanding of managing our customer’s requirements in a diligent way. My experience with Satchell Moran Solicitors has been extremely disappointing, and I feel let down by the way my case was ultimately handled. I instructed the firm in relation to a potential claim following my arrest. I had concerns about the circumstances of my arrest, the length of time I was detained, and the way these issues were addressed when assessing my case. I was particularly disappointed that my concerns about the excessive period of detention did not appear to receive the attention I expected in the final assessment of my case. I also disputed the suggestion that an important incident had not been disclosed, as I had discussed it during a pre-call and read out a prepared statement. The firm ultimately advised that my case lacked prospects and closed my file. I was then informed that I could obtain my file of papers subject to an administrative charge of £142 plus VAT for up to one hour’s work. Given the outcome and my concerns about the handling of my case, this was an additional frustration. I appreciate that solicitors cannot guarantee a successful outcome, and I understand that not every claim will proceed. However, I expected my concerns to be fully addressed, my case to be assessed thoroughly, and the reasons for the decision to be clearly explained. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Satchell Moran Solicitors again. I would encourage anyone considering instructing them to ask detailed questions about how their case will be assessed, how their concerns will be addressed, and what charges may apply if the firm closes their file.

⭐ Very Bad Service – Avoid This Place! Extremely disappointing experience. They are unprofessional waste your time, and show very little respect for their customers. The service was poor and the way they handled things was completely unacceptable If you value your time and expect professional service I would strongly recommend going elsewhere Do not waste your time with them they’re waste my 5 months Definitely not recommended!
