Alongside working, Molly studied part-time for her Legal Practice Course which she completed in 2022. During her time in the Agriculture and Rural Affairs team, Molly won the Worcestershire Law Society’s Paralegal of the Year Award in September 2022 and formed part of the Team currently nominated for Team of the Year at the 2023 WLS awards. Molly obtained a training contract with the firm starting in September 2023 and is currently in her second seat of her training contract within the firm’s Commercial Property team. Molly is working alongside Clare Regan and is based at the Worcester office.
