Molly graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2020 with a 2:1 LLB Law with honors degree, before joining the firm’s Agriculture and Rural Affairs team as a Paralegal in January 2021. Alongside working, Molly studied part-time for her Legal Practice Course which she completed in 2022. During her time in the Agriculture and Rural Affairs team, Molly won the Worcestershire Law Society’s Paralegal of the Year Award in September 2022 and formed part of the Team nominated for Team of the Year at the 2023 WLS awards. Molly obtained a training contract with the firm starting in September 2023, and is now a Solicitor within the firm's Agriculture and Rural Affairs Division in our Worcester office.
