From day one while selling a property, I dealt only with Katie. The overall, attention to detail, efficiency was faultless. With a human and relaxed approach. Which personally I prefer. But always the professional.
Problem solving. Excellent.
I could make a list of superaltives, but to be brief 10/10 should explain my experience, of how Katie handled the sale.
I don't think I dealt directly with the instructed Solicitor. There was no need to.

The experience I had with MFG was awful. Even having gone through the complaints procedure I was still completely unsatisfied with the outcome and ended up out of pocket. I dealt with Lucie Couchman, when I could actually get hold of her and I would not recommend. I had to change solicitors 2 weeks before my house sale went through & had to pay MFG £600 for doing nothing.
