The sale of No.1 Norchard Barns was complicated because extra land was sold, added to the original house and garden. Satisfactory overage provisions on this land were negotiated by the MFG team and I am pleased that the sale has now been completed. A site visit early in the contractual process, by the team, was also very worthwhile, given that there is shared access to the development and that the planning permission came via Permitted Development rules which gives rise to some issues that needed to be addressed.
