    Claire Liddy was our Conveyancing Solicitor back in May 2021 assisting us in completing our purchase of property.     ***Claire Liddy***. Recommended after we sought a more competent firm to deal with the cash purchase of a property. Claire completed the purchase in three weeks from instruction, the other firm took four months and weren’t even nearly close to completion! Claire was professional, efficient, courteous, and her communication was top notch. She was persistent with the obstructive sellers firm, remained professional and her can do attitude resulted in the swift completion of our purchase.     We were unfortunate to be involved in a very messy moving chain that really could not have been made any more complex than it was by Buyers lower in the chain. Everything was last minute and extremely stressful and had it not been for Claire Liddy conducting our conveyancing we would probably have pulled out! Claire battled on our behalf at a level well above what could be reasonably expected and managed to force the only completion date we could then manage. Had she not done so the chain would have had to collapse. We would really have liked the opportunity to rate at more than 5 stars!! Sandra and Edward Newitt
