I have never used mfg previously, so although I had a recommendation from a solicitor friend I was a little unsure what to expect. I am pleased to say though that I am very impressed; although we never met Sharon Lerry and her team, they conducted the conveyancing for our new property in exemplary fashion. Sharon was easy to contact and responded quickly, sometimes late in the evening and always kept us informed with regard to progress and offered advice with regard to any issues that came up. I would not hesitate to use her and mfg again.

Conveyancing for house sale and new purchase
I have nothing but praise for Sharon, Jacob and the team who provided a first class service for the sale of my house and the purchase of a new property. From start to finish they were super efficient and their excellent communication provided us with the welcomed reassurance during what was quite a stressful time. Thank you 😊

House purchase
Sharon Lerry, Jacob King and team are extremely diligent and professional.I feel sure that I wouldn’t be in my home now if I had gone to another company. My situation was long and drawn out over many months but Sharon and her team made sure everything was done ‘by the book,’ and never gave up !This work ethic made me feel extremely secure in the knowledge everything was being done correctly until I actually owned the house I so wanted and that I’m happily living today! I cannot recommend Sharon and her team highly enough !

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by MFG. Sharon and Tonya were knowledgeable, professional and understanding at all times. They were at all times approachable and a pleasure to deal with. This was a difficult time for me and to be treated with kindness in this situation made all the difference. Sale of property.
Sharon is a solicitor who gave me the impression that I had her sole attention. She was on my side and persuaded other parties involved in the sale to get on and get job done! Her team of Tanya and Jacob were a great help, always polite and ready to help. A heartfelt thank you to all of you and especially to Sharon for her generous concession re fees on my behalf. It was a long road. We got there in the end.
