    Sanity in a sea of confusion

    We used Sharon for the sale of our house of 26 years and the purchase of our new home March - September 2026. Sharon's correspondence was always prompt, clear and in plain English. She was pragmatic, honest and always understanding of our confusion about the process of buying and selling which we appreciated immensely. Having seen the correspondence from time-to-time of our sellers' and buyers' own solicitors, the qualities that Sharon possesses is clearly not a given: she always treated our myriad questions with patience and clarity. Sharon was truly a representation of sanity in what could have been a much more stressful process. We would recommend her services without hesitation.

    Excellent Solicitor - highly recommend

    Sharon recently acted for us during the sale of our house. The process was not straightforward, with an initial late aborted sale, and some tricky enquiries to navigate late on, but was handled by Sharon and her team (Jade, Anna) with the utmost professionalism.     I have never used mfg previously, so although I had a recommendation from a solicitor friend I was a little unsure what to expect. I am pleased to say though that I am very impressed; although we never met Sharon Lerry and her team, they conducted the conveyancing for our new property in exemplary fashion. Sharon was easy to contact and responded quickly, sometimes late in the evening and always kept us informed with regard to progress and offered advice with regard to any issues that came up. I would not hesitate to use her and mfg again.
