Completion of a Trust Will
My husband and I have intended to make a joint Will for years but life got in the way until experiencing my mum practically lose her life savings and have to pay care costs.

A chore that required doing
At a recent review meeting with our financial advisor it was suggested that we should consider updating our Wills to reflect our current financial status. Catherine Walker at Bryan and Armstrong was recommended. We contacted Catherine and arranged an initial meeting. At this meeting we expressed our thoughts regarding our estate and it was explained to us the various options that we should consider before our next meeting. The 2nd meeting was more factual and it was agreed a draft should be produced - several meetings followed and eventually we agreed on the final format which reflected our requirements.
At all times Catherine was professional, knowledgeable and above all approachable.
