    Great service

    Machins handled the sale of my late father's property and were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Unlike some large conveyancing firms, you can still speak to experienced staff at Machins and they also respond to emails very quickly. I was very impressed by their service.

    Outstanding service as a first time buyer

    I recently completed the purchase of my first flat and couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service provided by Sherri York and her legal assistant, Ines Rognaldsen. From start to finish, Sherri was incredibly thorough, ensuring every detail was covered when raising enquiries on my behalf. I had LOTS of questions about the leasehold aspect of my purchase, and after reading the property report, I felt reassured that Sherri had addressed points I hadn’t even thought to question! I was also buying during the end of the stamp duty holiday, and despite not being a priority buyer, Sherri and Ines acted quickly on my matter by requesting searches, raising enquiries and reporting on my mortgage/searches in good time. Sherri was also adaptable to my requests such as when I wanted to wait to request searches until my mortgage was approved, and arranging for my completion funds to be sent a day early so I could complete first thing the next morning due to a last-minute work trip. I highly recommend Sherri and her team to anyone looking for a conveyancer who is not only meticulous and professional, but also genuinely responsive to client needs. Thank you so much Sherri, I will definitely be using you again!! :)

    I have had cause to use Machins twice recently, initially I was helped by Holly Baker and her team who I found to be extremely professional, providing a clear pricing structure and keeping me up to date with progress at every stage.
