Dispute regarding guarantee payment of arrears.
Mr Rooney was very direct in what i could expect and other possible outcomes. I found him to be supportive and encouraging of my situation whilst being professional. Mr Rooney is approachable with clear advice that was easy to understand, he used no achroments and at no time did he make me feel inferior.
He enabled me to to be more proactive in my own case, keeping in contact at all stages to ensure I was kept fully aware at each stage of the process. Right from the onset of my case I found Mr Rooney to have an indepth knowledge and when he felt it appropriate did not hesitate in informing me we needed to seek further legal advice, which was reassuring that he didn't present as arrogant. Mr Rooney kept me abreast of cost throughout as I was on a very tight budget, allowing me to pay as we went along.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mosshaselhurst everything and Mr Rooney personally every time.
I also feel I need to mention his colleague Kerry Greatorex, Litigation Executive, as I found to be efficient and compassionate.
Both Mr Rooney and Miss Greatorex pure pleasure to deal with at this very difficult time.

Brilliant service
We had a half hour appointment with Mr Rooney. He was reassuring and helpful and didn't try to up sell his services. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Settlement Agreement Advice
Gerard explained details within the agreement in straight forward, easy to understand, language whilst stressing the importance and relevance of the different aspects of the document. I left fully understanding what was being asked of myself and what was being provided by my employer.
