mosshaselhurst Solicitors was established in Northwich in 1906 and is one of the most respected legal practices in Cheshire. The partners in 1906 were Harold Moreton Moss and William Milling and the practice was then known as Milling & Moss. This Partnership ceased in 1917 and Harold Moss continued to practice under the name of H M Moss. In 1946, John Shand Haselhurst entered into Partnership with Harold Moss, and the Partnership become known by the name of Moss & Haselhurst. Recently made redundant and required advice relating to a redundancy agreement drawn up by the company. Gerard walked me through each paragraph and made sure I fully understood it. Also gave advice on changes I should request and the reason I should give for the company for the requested changes.

Yhe experience was extremely straightforward and efficient. I had an appointment within 48 hours of mg initial contact. Gerard took time to talk through the agreement and made suggestions where additional statements might be good to include, or where he recommended wording was changed. The explanation was clear, along with the reasons behind it, so I was then able to request appropriate changes. Top quality services and I highly recommend Gerard. (I have also previously used Gerard for a maternity benefits issue & I received the same professional service on that occasion too)
