    I am incredibly grateful to my solicitor Angela and the entire Wolferstans team for helping us secure permission for my oldest daughter to relocate to Australia with us as a family.     Co-parenting a newborn

    My baby is due in may and the dad is quite difficult. I discussed my situation with Angela who have me some reassuring advice on where me and the babys dad stand which has made it a lot easier to "plan" how to proceed when babys born.

    Supportive and professional.

    Since April this year I have been instructing Wolfestans of Plymouth to oversee my Family matter and the writing of my Will. They have been overwhelmingly professional and helpful particularly the Family department lead by Vikki Martin. Angela is very insightful and knowledgeable, I can tell that she is very experienced and measured. She approaches the issues with force needed to achieve certain aims but she does it in such an effortless and delicate way which can only come from someone with high emotional intelligence and someone experienced. I felt so confident having her as my solicitor that I would be devastated if I had to instruct anyone else. If fact, I did instruct someone else before I started working with Wolferstans and they were judgemental and horrible to me and I nearly lost hope that a legal professional would ever be kind enough to listen and really hear my problem. Angela Parsons reinstated that hope and reminded me that what has been done to me and my family is not my fault. Angela is an outstanding solicitor and if it wasn’t for her I would have given up the fight long ago.

    Fathers child access case

    As a father in a custody battle, fighting to have access to my child against a mothers wish to exclude me. After 2 years of no access at all I was very unsure of any possible successful outcome. But having followed the advice given to me and enormous amount of patience. Wolferstans proved that not only is my child not only entitled to a father but actually the father is better suited to proved the resident parental care and my child now lives in my home an visits the mother.
