First-class service from Thackray Williams in Bromley. Leasehold extension is often a costly (and sometimes very painful) business. And as a lay person in these matters, I had nothing but blind trust to guide me! Vikki Herbert and her team were courteous and speedy in all communications, and open to questions at all times. Adrian Whichcord in the Sevenoaks office handled my remortgage with equal efficiency and courtesy and an open manner too. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service
Vikki Herbert was recommended to me by my Suveyor.
What Fantastic Service!
The Communication has been Excellent throughout and with such a Quick response to any of my emails no matter what my question.
Also has always been available for a phone call chat when there has been times a quick chat update was easier than emails.
Vikki took the stress out of my transaction which was a great relief for myself..

My excellent experience with Thackray Williams
Repeat client, never disappointed. Always informed as to progress. The service is first class, which the Estate Agent acknowledged, “they come back to emails , calls so quickly and chases when required”.

We cannot recommend Vikki of TW enough. Reaching out to Vikki after a very unpleasant experience with previous lawyers, we are so appreciative of her prompt, professional and thorough approach and dealings with our lease extension.
