Very patient despite unexpected complications and delays
This was a steep learning curve for me since I have never been involved in negotiating an Agreement for Lease and Lease before. Stewart Smith was good at answering my queries and guided me through the process. It all took longer than we anticipated because of unforeseen complications, but Stewart remained professional and patient.
