In 2019 Sophie Williamson completed the transfer of our two properties from joint names to my wife's sole name. In late 2023 we asked Sophie to reverse the process in order to re-instate the properties to our joint names. All of this work was undertaken efficiently, with minimum effort from ourselves and at what we considered to be a reasonable cost. My only negative comment is that subsequently, in July 2024 we received a letter from the property management company of one of the properties asking us to complete a Leaseholder Deed of Certificate, which I did not really understand and asked Sophie for assistance. She apologised that they cannot able to assist with Building Safety Act matters without explaining why.

I have been using Mullis and Peake (Romford) for a number of years and I have found their service to be exemplary especially having dealt with Sophie Williamson.
